    FIRST: I HATE the capris
SECOND: Its hard to tell the girls from the guys..(idk if it's just me but i couldnt even watch Top Gun at Worlds because it was hard to determine which was which)
THIRD: The capris remind me of softball..NOT cheer

Oh, and Allstar Elite from California used to wear pants, then they wore capris for a couple year, now they wear shorts.

May be wrong but pretty sure they got the pants either first season of being a team or within a couple seasons..

And I bet last year you would have said the exact same thing about top gun, or about f5 wearing a full top.

Actually, I figured that F5 would end up having full tops sooner or later.

LexiD123 Just a tip: Its a lot easier for all of us if you just say everything you have to say in one post. Not trying to be mean but it clogs the thread if a ton of posts in a row are done by the same person. :)

Here's the way I look at it..
Guys and girls do different things in the routine. (Speaking completely generally) Girls fly. Guys and girls have different parts in the dance. I think the contrast between guys and girls kind of adds to the routine. Just like in dance, guys and girls do not wear the same costumes. Sure, they wear similar things that go together, but even though they don't match completely doesn't mean that their motions don't coincide and look good together.

i personally think that the crop top and skirt has become an image for the allstar cheerleader. it separates us from high school/pop warner cheerleaders. I feel like changing the uniform would take away from the image and glam of allstar cheerleading that we've all come to love. not to mention it is cooler and easier to move in.

We had this uniform this past season for our Senior Coed 4 team. This season, we're having it for our senior coed 4/5 team and I think our owner had said last season that some of our other teams will be getting it as well! :]
