coed flyer workouts

    hi ya'll :)

    i was just curious what kind of conditioning coed teams have their girls do for workouts. obviously the goal of workouts is not weight gain but naturally weight gain will occur because of muscle mass. just wondering how ya'll find an even balance while keeping fit :)
