What is it called when the flyer is in an extension with her feet together, the bases let go and the backspot keeps holding the ankles, and then she flips forward and they catch her on her back?

We call it a happy meal - it's a downward inversion, so it's level 3 from gut, level 4 from prep and level 5 from extension.

We call it a suicide, and the backspot only have to hold the ankles in level 5. In level 6 the backspot can let go of the ankles. :)
